Hoey Construction Co. completed a FEMA safe room/ school cafeteria and a kitchen and walk-in enclosure, and they renovated the existing cafeteria into three classrooms from 2015-2016. I wouldn’t change anything. We would do business again with Hoey Construction. They were very responsive to all our requests in a timely manner, and we experienced no surprises.
